managed, fresh approach to your wholesale produce, dairy
& poultry needs. Our state of the art warehouse facility
is located at the State Farmers Market in Forest Park,
Ga. We have been serving the foodservice needs of Atlanta’s
premier restaurants, caterers, hotels & country clubs
for over 10 years. Our unique approach assures each customer
the best in quality & service without sacrificing

product to customer’s specifications from one
of the largest and best supplied markets in the Southeast.
Thorough familiarity with customer needs. We have systems
in place ranging from assigning a route driver to your
account to in-house logs of past usage enabling us to
meet your specific requirements.
"Just in time" processed
products such as braizing mix, green leaf filets, and
whole peeled potatoes are prepared to order by a local
processor, within 24 hrs. of delivery.
Specialty Produce. We have access to
a full line of specialty products from the Miami and
L. A. markets. We also regularly utilize Dekalb Farmers
Market, Harry’s Farmers Markets and various oriental
markets for hard to find specialty items.
SERVICE
Morning deliveries are available Monday through Saturday. Afternoon deliveries are available Monday through Saturday. Courteous delivery personnel who know the product and
handle service needs.
Accessibility. We are eager to provide
information and or handle any service needs. Office
hours are Monday through Saturday 3-11 AM.

level of interaction with you to meet your needs. Daily
phone call, weekly market trend information visit, etc.).

We have a fleet of well maintained "state of the
art" refrigerated trucks to ensure product safety.
Our warehouse facilities meet highest standards of cleanliness,
pest control, etc. We are a "Disney approved vendor"
having met their rigid requirements and inspections. We
have a fully implemented 'product recall procedure' to
be followed in the event a product recall is issued by
a supplier, the Department of Agriculture, etc. We carry
$2,000,000.00 in liability coverage, Standard requirement
of major hotel corporations (site specific certificate
will be issued upon request). |
